Mr. Thoenes is a Senior Project Manager with over 10 years of experience. His principal areas of expertise are land development, utility and development design, storm water management, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, and construction management. Stefan is a LEED BD+C Accredited Professional through the USGBC and specializes in sustainable development concepts through the use of Low Impact Development (LID) design techniques and technologies.
