the estates at tuscany ridge
The Estates at Tuscany Ridge is a 29.5-acre up-scale gated apartment-home community of 450 residential units. Site design included the creation of two lakes for stormwater and incorporated in site amenities such as barbeque shelters, tot lots with play equipment, a tennis court, sand volleyball court, and a clubhouse and pool area. The property is located on the west side of Faulkenburg Road between the Crosstown Expressway and Causeway Boulevard.
