hyatt farms boundary survey

Hyatt Farms consisted of an overall boundary survey of approximately 1,968 acres lying East of Lake Kissimmee in Osceola County. This survey project included a cut out of 449 acres that was adjacent to Lake Kissimmee, and any boundaries lying adjacent to the lake were determined by a specific elevation.

This area had very little existing survey or recorded information, and the project was completed with helpful information from George F. Young, Inc. and SFWMD.
