lake drive capital improvements

This Capital Improvement Project for Hillsborough County, FL involved design to alleviate flooding of roadways adjacent to a large lake. Project tasks included a PD&E study, hydraulic modeling and analysis, full design, and permitting. Public meeting and construction management services through certification were also provided for this stormwater project.
