South Bay Church is a 27.6-acre master planned property for a 750-seat, 35,650 square-foot sanctuary, a 10,000 square-foot child care center for 200 children, and recreational ballfields for basketball, baseball and soccer. A 420-seat, 17,550 square-foot building with grassed parking and paved driveways is completed with the first phase of development. The property is located on the east side of U.S. Highway 301 in Riverview, FL.
