| South Bay Church is a 27.6-acre master planned property for a 750-seat, 35,650 square-foot sanctuary, a 10,000 square-foot child care center for 200 children, and recreational ballfields for basketball, baseball and soccer. A 420-seat, 17,550 square-foot building with grassed parking and paved driveways is completed with the first phase of development. The property is located on the east side of U.S. Highway 301 about ½-mile south of Big Bend Road. |
